If you can't find the data that you need on this website, you may need to order HES data. The new service levels available to you are as follows:

Service Level 1 - Bespoke Anonymised Tabulations

A tabulation gives you the opportunity to design your own tailor-made table. It would usually present aggregate or average results from a query, from a single figure up to a complex, multi-dimensional structure with many rows, columns and sub-divisions. These are priced on a per tabulation basis within our pricing structure and may be subject to an additional licence fee charge, dependent upon how you want to use the information.

Service Level 2 - Bespoke Anonymised Extracts

An extract contains record-level data for selected cases, showing selected information for each case. If you need many pieces of information, you may be better off with an extract. These are priced on a per extract basis, in line with our pricing structure and may be subject to an additional licence fee charge, dependent upon how you want to use the information.

Service Level 3 - Bespoke Approved Extracts

An extract as above but which contains sensitive data fields and for which you will need special approval. Once again, these are priced on a per extract basis, in line with our pricing structure and may be subject to an additional licence fee charge, dependent upon how you want to use the information.

Service Level 4 - Monthly Managed Service

The provision of regular (monthly) pseudonymised extracts, priced as a contracted service. This service is aimed at organisations that utilise all of the HES data. When making your request it is essential that all the necessary information is included on the forms you complete and return; please type your answers, where possible.
